Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days provided that they are on stock. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
iPhonacessories.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
iPhonacessories.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide with Swiss Post. If you want to use an express courier like FedEx our UPS please contact us.

We deliver world-wide. Particularly within Europe, delivery is fast and straightforward. Please take note of the information regarding methods of payment, delivery costs and delivery times for international orders. For additional questions, please use our contact form.
Who delivers my order?
We use primary Swiss Post as logistics partner to be able to offer our customers optimal delivery and service conditions. Our customers are able to choose from various delivery companies like UPS and FedEx but in order to use these courier company please contact us.
What are the delivery charges?
The delivery charges depend on the number and weight of the packages as well as the country to which they are to be sent. As the delivery charges are particularly high for some products and to some countries, we reserve the right to calculate the actual delivery costs involved independently of the sums indicated.
